Straightforward electrical work, done right.
No job list padding here. This is the work our customers actually call us for, in their own words wherever we could manage it.
Residential electrical
Everyday electrical work for Rotorua homes, done properly by a team that's been at it since 2010. If it involves wiring, power or lighting around the house, it's our bread and butter.
Urgent callouts
When something electrical can't wait, response time matters. Customers tell the same story: quick communication, fast turnaround, sorted when they were in a tricky spot.
Appliance installs
Washing machines, ovens and the rest, connected safely and tested. One customer brought her Speed Queen over from Kawerau; the boys even loaded it back onto the trailer for her.
The whole job, sorted
Some jobs need more than a sparky. When a customer needed a plumber over the Christmas break, Tristan lined one up as part of the job. We'd rather sort it than leave you ringing around.

About us
A family business, not a franchise.
Tristan Hall Electrical has been a registered New Zealand company since March 2010, owned and run by Tristan and Robyn Hall from right here in Rotorua.
Sixteen years on, the way we work hasn't changed much. Turn up when we say we will, communicate quickly, and leave the job done properly. Our Google reviews say it better than we can: quick and efficient, great response time, sorted when it was urgent.
You might not always catch us on the first ring. When we're on the tools, our answering service takes your message and you'll get a call back quickly. It's how we keep the phones answered without cutting a job short.

“The two guys we dealt with were excellent, helpful and service was quick. They unloaded and loaded the washing machine back onto the trailer for me and my Koro (we brought our speedqueen over from Kawerau). Don't be fazed by the answering service either (like I was the first two times I called) the lady takes a message and you will get a call back quickly.”

Service area
Rotorua based, Bay of Plenty wide.
We work from Mangakakahi, covering homes right across Rotorua and out into the wider Bay of Plenty. Customers have brought us work from as far away as Kawerau, and we didn't send them home disappointed.
